Delete or Restore Contacts from the Recycle Bin

When a contact is deleted, it will be stored in Boulevard's Recycle Bin. It can then be permanently deleted or restored.

Delete a Contact

1. Clicknext to the contact's name, then from the contact list toolbar click .
2. Click YES to confirm.

This will move the contact to the Recycle Bin. Follow the steps below to permanently delete or restore them.

Delete or Restore from the Recycle Bin

From the sidebar navigation, click Settings, then Recycle Bin.

Restore a Contact:

Clicknext to the contact's name, then from the Recycle Bin toolbar click .

Permanently Delete:

1. Clicknext to the contact's name, then from the Recycle Bin toolbar click .
2. Click YES to confirm.

Tip: If necessary, use the Filter drop-down options to search for contacts that were deleted within a specific timeframe.

Note: The count displayed at the bottom of the Contacts list includes all contacts including those set as Inactive and those in the Recycle Bin. View
