Enter or Edit Past Inventory Orders

The steps below will allow you to add the totals from past inventory orders for tax purposes without changing your current on-hand quantities.

From the sidebar navigation, clickProducts, then Inventory Orders.

Enter a Past Inventory Order without changing Current Inventory Amounts

1. From the toolbar, clickand select Past Order from the options listed.
2. Add the applicable information, then click to save and close the Order Totals screen.

Edit Totals on an Inventory Order with a Received Status

1. Find and select the desired order with a Status of Received in the grid, then from the toolbar click (or double-click).
2. Make any necessary adjustments, then click to save and close the Order Totals screen.
