Print Labels

Boulevard can print many different label formats from the Contact List, List Builder, or Invoice Log.

From the Contact List

Tip: Refine and filter for birthdays and other filtering options to quickly select the contacts for printing labels.

1. From the sidebar navigation, click Contacts, then Contact List.
2. Click the checkbox next to each contact to include in the labels to be printed, or click the checkbox column header to select all the names shown.
3. From the toolbar, click  and choose Mailing Labels from the drop-down menu.
4. From the Mailing Label Options form, select the label layout from the options listed.
5. If desired, select which name to use from the Use Name drop-down (Primary, Spouse, or Family name), then click .
6. From the preview form toolbar, click to print, or click to export and save as another file type such as PDF.

From the List Builder

1. From the sidebar navigation, click Contacts, then List Builder.
2. From the drop-down menu located in the toolbar, select the desired list.
3. Click the checkbox next to each contact to include in the labels to be printed, or click the checkbox column header to select all the names shown.
4. From the toolbar, click  and choose Mailing Labels from the drop-down menu.
5. From the Mailing Label Options form, select the label layout from the options listed.
6. If desired, select which name to use from the Use Name drop-down (Primary, Spouse, or Family name), then click .
7. From the preview form toolbar, click to print, or click to export and save as another file type such as PDF.

From the Invoice Log

1. From the sidebar navigation, click Business Tools, then Invoice Log.
2. Click the checkbox next to each contact to include in the labels to be printed, or click the checkbox column header to select all the names shown.
3. From the toolbar, click  and choose Mailing Labels from the drop-down menu.
4. From the Mailing Label Options form, select the label layout from the options listed.
5. If desired, select which name to use from the Use Name drop-down (Primary, Spouse, or Family name), then click .
6. From the preview form toolbar, click to print, or click to export and save as another file type such as PDF.
