View or Print a Customer's Product History

You can view and print a list of products a customer has purchased from their contact profile. 

1. If necessary, use the Search field from the contact list to locate and open the contact profile.
2. From the profile toolbar, click  then select Product History (or from the Products tab, click ).
3. From the print preview form, click to print, or click to export and save as another file type such as PDF.
