Update Subscription, Billing Account Info, or Download Renewal Invoices
To make changes to your account including credit card information and billing frequency, or to cancel your subscription, sign in to your Boulevard online account using the following links, or from your User drop-down menu, select Account. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
- Click to Sign in to Your Account.
- You can change the email address used to sign in to Boulevard.
- To change the email address of where your billing invoices are sent, click on Billing Address.
- Click to Sign in to Your Account.
- Under Subscription Info, click View.
- Under Actions, click the appropriate button.
Option 1:
Click the Pay Now link from one of the payment failed emails (Subject: Your Boulevard Subscription Renewal Has Declined or Reactivate Boulevard Online Subscription). View
Option 2:
- Click to Sign in to Your Account.
- Under Actions or Related Orders, click
to update your payment method.
Sign in to Your Account, then click Add payment method, then after adding the new card information, if prompted, remove the existing payment method.
- Click to Sign in to Your Account.
- From the Invoices section, select the
button next to the order renewal to download.

- You can also Reset or Change Account Password & User Image from inside Boulevard.
