Update Subscription or Billing Account Info

To make changes to your account including credit card information and billing frequency, or to cancel your subscription, sign in to your Boulevard online account using the following links, or from your User drop-down menu, select Account. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Change Your Email Address or Password

1. Click to Sign in to Your Account.
2. You can change the email address used to sign in to Boulevard.
3. To change the email address of where your billing invoices are sent, click on Billing Address.

Reactivate or Cancel Your Subscription

1. Click to Sign in to Your Account.
2. Under Subscription Info, click View.
3. Under Actions, click the appropriate button.

Handling Failed Payments for your subscription

Option 1:

From one of the payment failed emails that were sent (Subject: Your Boulevard Subscription Renewal Has Declined or Reactivate Boulevard Online Subscription), click the Pay Now link. View

Option 2:

1. Click to Sign in to Your Account.
2. Under Actions, click  to update your payment method.

Add or Delete Your Payment Method

Sign in to Your Account, then click Add payment method, then after adding the new card information, if prompted, remove the existing payment method.

Download Your Subscription Renewal Invoices

1. Click to Sign in to Your Account.
2. From the Invoices section, select the button next to the order renewal to download.
