Export Contacts into an Outlook .CSV File Format
Basic contact profile information can be exported from Boulevard as an Outlook .csv file format (also known as comma-separated value) which then can be imported into many other third-party applications.
- From the sidebar navigation, click
Contacts then Preferred Program. - Select the checkbox of each contact to be included (click
to utilize the filters for further refinement). - When finished, click
. - From Save As, navigate to where you want to save the file; we suggest the Desktop.
- Name the file, then click Save.
Profile Information Included:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Street 1
- Street 2
- City
- State/Province
- Zip/Postal Code
- Home Phone
- Mobile Phone
- Other Phone
- Wedding Anniversary
- Birthday
- Email Address
- Occupation
- Partner First Name
