Summary of Expenses Report
FollowThe Summary of Expenses report lists expenses, income, and any other unit of measure grouped separately (i.e., Mileage) within a given period grouped by category with totals for each. This is one of the reports recommended for tax purposes.
Option 1:
- From the sidebar navigation, click
Reports.
- Under the Expenses section, select Summary of Expenses.
- From the Date Range screen, if necessary change the Start and End dates (or choose from the quick pick list) then click
.
- From the print preview form, click
to print, or click
to export and save as another file type such as PDF.
Option 2:
- From the sidebar navigation, click
Business Tools, then Expenses.
- From the Expense toolbar, click
and choose Summary by Category from the drop-down options listed.
- Enter a date range, or select a quick pick from the drop-down options listed, then click
.
- From the print preview form, click
to print, or click
to export and save as another file type such as PDF.
