Inventory Listing by Category Report (Cost of Goods)
Inventory is the most crucial aspect of wrapping up your business' year-end. The Inventory Listing by Category report is time-sensitive. Before entering any new tax year information, you'll want to ensure you capture this information. If you need to make any corrections before capturing the cost of goods on hand, see Print Inventory & Make Adjustments.
Important Note: This report can only capture your current inventory value when the report is run. If any sales or product orders for the next tax year have been entered before printing the Inventory Listing by Category report, run the Estimated Inventory Value report instead (found under the Inventory section).
- From the sidebar navigation, click
Reports. - Under the Inventory section, select Inventory Listing by Category.
- From the print preview form, click
to print, or if using a mobile device, click 
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.
