Exclude Units Expense Sidebar Filter

A new Exclude Units option is being added to the Expense filter sidebar that allows you to exclude one or more type of units. This can be used if you want to create a custom report and not include entries for specific units such as mileage. Additionally, if one or more filters have been applied, when adding new entries, the filters and sort order will remain the same.
