Tracking Time & Additional Info on the Sales Summary by Date Report
FeaturedUtilizing the Contact Log and Sales Summary tab on invoices are great ways to record your time, track your interactions, and include additional information!
To add time spent that is not connected to an invoice, you can create a Contact Log entry (for one contact or create multiple simultaneously). This allows you to type a short note and enter Time Spent and can be used when you want to record your time with the added benefit of noting what you talked about or other information for future reference.
View entries from the Sales Summary by Date report, Contact Log report, or Contact Log tab on the profile.
