Option to Create Mileage Expense Entry on Invoice
Give option on the Shipping/Delivery tab of invoices to create a mileage expense entry with the number of miles. And if that contact has a Delivery Distance set in Profile Settings, that should auto-fill in the Distance field when this option to create mileage expense is selected. Should still be able to edit the amount, but it should auto-fill to the delivery distance saved in that contact's profile.

I want this!! Right now, I'm using the map on the Client Profile to determine the distance, which works great when it's a street address. A bit of a bear when it's a rural address but once I get that figured out, I could just enter it in the Profile settings and voila! It would then be there for future invoices.
Of course, I would need the distance in kilometers......
