Boost your Holiday sales with product bundles or even promote a customized gift service and make invoicing them quick, easy, and of course, professional! 

Step 1: Decide which type of product bundle fits your needs

No matter which product bundle type you choose, On Hand amounts are not stored for either prepacks or collections. When invoiced, On Hand inventory will be reduced for any items included in the bundle. Also, individual items will be visible on the printed invoice but not their individual prices (as shown in the sample image below). This allows you to adjust the price to reflect any "extras" included (gift wrap, packaging, mug/cup, gloves, socks, etc.). 

• Prepack: Items included never vary when invoiced
• Collection: Includes items that vary depending on what the customer chooses at the time they are invoiced (color/shade, scent, etc.)

Step 2: Create any additional items that will be included

Create a New Product Profile if you want to track the On Hand amounts for additional items (mugs, socks, etc.), or Create an Item Without Tracking Inventory Amounts to display items on the printed invoice for prepacks that you don't need On Hand amounts (gift wrapping, etc.).

Step 3: Create the Product Bundle (Prepack or Collection)

Once you've decided on the product bundle type (Step 1), and created part numbers for any additional items being included (Step 2), you're ready to create the prepack or collection!

Step 4: Promote & Invoice

Add images or a special note to your invoices to promote your product bundles, gift services, and other events. We've even got free images and customizable flyers to help. Get ready to invoice your newly created product bundles and watch your sales soar!
