Handle Selling & Redeeming Gift Certificates (Product List/Invoice/Reports)

Allow a product profile to be created that is set as a Gift Certificate that will not be included in Gross Receipts reports when sold (handled when redeemed for products purchased)
Add payment field for Gift Certificate redemption
Create a report that shows the amount and to whom a gift certificate was sold and redeemed
