Follow the steps below to use live chat, or access the support center which contains hundreds of step-by-step articles and videos from inside your Boulevard online using the three options below.
Option 1: Help Widget
Click the orange Help button from anywhere in Boulevard. Type a partial phrase, then press enter to view articles, or for additional help click Live Chat.
Chat is open from 9am - 11:45am, and then 1pm to 4:45pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
From the lower left-hand area of the web page, click
Enter a question or topic in the search field.
Choose between the following options:
- Click on any of the Top Results article links
- If chat is open, click the Live chat button
- Or, click Contact us to email us your question
- Don't see the Live Chat option? From your keyboard, press + or try Refreshing Your Cache.

Option 2: Top Navigation
From the top navigation bar in Boulevard, click to access the support center.
Option 3: Web Browser Link
From any web browser, type boulevardonline.help.
If you've sent us a message and have not received a reply, we recommend that you sign in and go to My Activities to access all of your correspondence with us. If you are unable to sign in, you can also send us a message through our website with your question or visit us on chat during business hours.
