You can follow the steps below using any of the three options to access the support center at any time, which contains hundreds of step-by-step articles and videos, or during business hours, you can also reach us through live chat.
After selecting the orange Help button from anywhere in Boulevard, enter a short question or topic in the search field, then press enter to view articles. Or, for additional help during business hours, click Live Chat.
Choose between the following options:
- Click on any of the Top Results article links
- If chat is open, click the Live chat button
- Or, click Contact us to email your question
Chat Box Functions:
From any web browser, type boulevardonline.help.
View Your Support Tickets & Messages
If you've sent us a message and have yet to receive a reply, we recommend you sign in and go to My Activities to access your correspondence.
- Click Sign in, then use your Main Street account credentials, Facebook, Twitter, Google, or Microsoft login information.
- If necessary, from the drop-down menu under your name, select My Activities to access your correspondence with us, view the status, or even add additional information.
Note: It is not required to sign in to the help center to utilize our live chat or send us a message.
By signing in to the Boulevard Software Help Center, you receive additional access and options such as:
- Send and access messages, including attachments.
- Access our messages and attachments to you (No more worries about lost email or attachments - Yay!).
- Submit requests for support, sales, or anything in between!
- View the status of any new, open, or pending support ticket.
- And so much more...
Chat is open from 9am - 11:45am, and then 1pm to 4:45pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
