Help and support is available directly from your Boulevard account. The Help widget lets you get support instantly while you’re working. The Support Center, accessed from the button near your user profile, allows you to submit support requests, view all support tickets and past correspondence, and start a chat with the Boulevard team.

Use the Help widget anytime! After selecting the orange chat button, enter a short question in the message/search field, then press Enter. If you need extra help, live chat is open from 9 am - 11:45 am and from 1 pm to 4:45 pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
You can also Submit a request through our support center website or email us at support @ mainstsoftware.com.

When you are signed into Boulevard online, from the top navigation bar, select the question mark help button
to access the support center.

View Your Support Tickets & Messages
If you've sent us a message and haven't received a reply, we suggest signing in to view your correspondence.
- Select Sign in, then use your Main Street account credentials, or your Facebook, Google, or Microsoft login information.
- If necessary, from the drop-down menu under your name, select Requests to access your correspondence with us, view the status, or even add additional information.
Note: You do not need to sign in to the help center to use our live chat or send us a message.
By signing in to the Boulevard Software Help Center, you receive additional access and options such as:
- Send and access messages, including attachments.
- Access our messages and attachments to you (No more worries about lost email or attachments - Yay!).
- Submit requests for support, sales, or anything in between!
- View the status of any new, open, or pending ticket.
- Follow topics in the Support Center.
- Contribute your ideas and suggestions in the Community section.
