The calendar brings together key dates and activities, including client birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, and follow‑up tasks. Birthdays and anniversaries pull from contact profiles, while invoice and sample follow‑ups are created automatically based on preference settings. Action items and appointments can also be added manually, tracked, completed, or removed directly from the calendar or contact profile.
- Birthday
Birthday notifications are sent based on the date in the Birthday field found on the Main tab under the Dates section of the contact profile.
- Anniversary
Anniversary notifications are generated based on the date in the Wedding Anniversary field found on the Main tab under the Dates section of the contact profile. By default, the Wedding Anniversary field is hidden. To add an anniversary date to a contact's profile, select the add field button
in the Dates section header.- Invoice Follow-up

After a contact has been invoiced, a follow-up task is automatically created based on the number of days set in the Invoice Follow up field under the Invoices tab in Preferences.
Invoice follow-up tasks will be moved to a future date when a new invoice is created, or the date in the Next Contact field is changed from the contact's profile.
- Action Item / Samples

Action items can be created by selecting the action item button
from the calendar toolbar or the contact's profile toolbar. Or by selecting the add action items button
from the Action Items tab on the profile.Sample follow-up tasks are automatically generated based on the number of days set in the Sample Follow-up field under the Invoices tab in Preferences, and they are managed the same way as manually created action items.
Sample follow-up tasks and Action Items can be set as completed by entering a date in the Completion Date field. Alternatively, they can be deleted by selecting the delete button
next to the task on the Action Items tab of the contact's profile or by selecting the delete button
next to the task in Upcoming Events. - Appointment
Appointments can be created by selecting the new appointment button
on the calendar toolbar or the contact's profile toolbar.
