Tracking Information from the Skin Analyzer App

You've got tools in Boulevard you can use to store the info your customers send you from Mary Kay's Skin Analyzer app!

For items that the customer is interested in and has never purchased, we recommend Adding the Items to their Wish List.

And if you want to track who has sent you their skin analysis from the app, we recommend that you add it as a checklist item on their profile. If you haven't set up your Checklists in Boulevard yet, it's a great tool to use.

We also recommend utilizing the Contact Log when you correspond with a customer (phone, email, text, etc.). The Contact Log will set a future date for you to reach out to your customer and track the time you've spent, which automatically transfers to the Sales Summary by Date report!
