Setting Up a Reward Program
The Reward Program feature allows you to track points based on your customer’s purchases. You can even choose to give additional points based on completed Checklist items. Quick to implement and maintain; just decide how many points will be earned for each amount spent, and the redemption rate per point.
- From the sidebar navigation, clickSettings, then Reward.
- Ensure the Track Rewards checkbox is selected.
- Under the Earning section, in the For Every field, enter the amount that needs to be purchased, and then in the Earn Point field, how many points will be earned (e.g.: Every $1.00 purchased, will earn 1 point, which is the equivalent to a 1% discount. See Example Settings below).
- Under the Redemption section, enter the Redemption Rate or the amount each point is worth.
- Click to save and close.
Example 3 shows how to set up rewards that are incremental. Note that the purchase threshold is higher. If a customer orders less than $25 they would not earn any points. Likewise, if a customer orders more than $25 but less than $50, they would earn 500 points.
