Manage Contacts in an Existing List Builder List

Use the List Builder to manage contacts in an existing list. Contacts can be added from the Contacts list, Product Usage report, or directly within the List Builder. Individual contacts can be removed from a list, or an entire list can be deleted when it’s no longer needed.

Add a Name to a List

Option : From Contacts List:

 From the sidebar navigation, click Contacts, then Contact List.

1. Select the checkbox next to each name to be included.
2. From the Contact List toolbar, select the list builder buttonthen choose Add to List.
3. From the Add to List pop-up, select the applicable list, then select Add.
4. To view the updated list, from the sidebar navigation, selectContacts, then List Builder.
5. From the List Builder toolbar, select the applicable list from the drop-down options.

Option : From Product Usage Report

 From the sidebar navigation, click Reports.

1. Under the Inventory section, click Product Usage.
2. After setting applicable filters and options, select the list builder buttonthen choose Add to List from the drop-down.
3. From the Add to List pop-up, select from one of the lists displayed, then select Add. 
4. To view the list, from the sidebar navigation, selectContacts, then List Builder.
5. From the List Builder toolbar, select the applicable list from the drop-down options.

Remove a Name from a List

 From the sidebar navigation, click Contacts, then List Builder.

1. From the List Builder toolbar, select the applicable list from the drop-down options, then select the edit button . 
2. By default, the Show drop-down will be set to Current List. If necessary, change the filter criteria to display All, Current List, Active Contacts, or Inactive Contacts. 
3. Use the Search box to find and check the box next to each name to add or remove.
4. When finished making changes, select OK to save and close.

Delete a List

Warning: This function cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution when deleting an entire list from the List Builder.

 From the sidebar navigation, click Contacts, then List Builder.

From the List Builder toolbar, select the applicable list from the drop-down options. Select the delete button then Yes to confirm the deletion.
