Update Subscription, Billing Account Info, or Download Renewal Invoices

The account page provides tools to update your subscription information, change billing details, manage payment methods, reactivate or cancel a subscription, handle failed payments, and download renewal invoices. All actions begin by signing in to the account, where subscription settings, billing information, and invoice downloads are available.

User Menu: Account

Sign in to your Boulevard online billing account using the following links, or select AccountAccount from your User drop-down menu to update billing information, change billing frequency, or cancel your subscription. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Options:

Change Your Email Address or Password

Reactivate or Cancel Your Subscription

Handle Failed Renewal Payments For Your Subscription

Add or Delete Your Payment Method

Download Your Subscription Renewal Invoices


Change Your Email Address or Password

Click to Sign in to Your Account. You can change the email address used to sign in to Boulevard, or to change the email address for your billing invoices, by selecting Billing Address.

Reactivate or Cancel Your Subscription

Click to Sign in to Your Account. Under Subscription Info, click View. Then, under Actions, click the appropriate button.

Handle Failed Renewal Payments For Your Subscription

Option :

Click the Pay Now link from one of the payment failed emails (Subject: Your Boulevard Subscription Renewal Has Declined or Reactivate Boulevard Online Subscription). View


Option :

Click to Sign in to Your Account. Then, under Actions or Related Orders, click PayButton.png to update your payment method.

Add or Delete Your Payment Method

Sign in to Your Account, then click Add payment method. After adding the new card information, if prompted, remove the existing payment method.

Download Your Subscription Renewal Invoices

Click to Sign in to Your Account. From the Invoices section, select the Invoice.png button next to the order renewal to download.
