Reset or Change Account Password & User Image
If you have forgotten the password associated with your user account, click the following link to enter your email address and reset it. Forgot Password - Reset
Follow the steps below if you know your password and would like to change it.
- Using your current account login information, sign in to Boulevard online.
- From the right-hand corner of the top bar next to your user image, click to open the user menu then select Profile.
- Select the Change Password checkbox, then enter your current password in the Old Password field.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field, then retype in the Confirm New Password field.
- When finished, click .
Additional Information:
- To add or change the image displayed for your user account, from the User Profile page, click the current image or placeholder image . To remove the image, click.
- To make additional changes to your account such as subscription status, payment method, billing address, or email address, sign in to your Boulevard Online Account Dashboard.
