Reset and account profile updates are handled from the Boulevard Online login and profile settings. If a password is forgotten, select Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email instructions to create a new one. While logged in, open Profile from the user menu to change the password or add, update, or remove the account image. Billing, subscription, and other account details are managed separately through the Account Dashboard.

If you have forgotten the password associated with your user account, click the following link to enter your email address and reset it. Forgot Password - Reset
Change Password
If you know your current password and would like to change it, you can do so from the User Profile page after signing in to your Boulevard online account.
- From the right-hand corner of the top bar, select your user image, then choose
Profile. - Select the Change Password checkbox, then enter your current password in the Old Password field.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field, then retype it in the Confirm New Password field.

Profile. - To add or change the image displayed for your user account, on the User Profile page, click the current image or the placeholder image
. Go to the location of the image you want to use, select it, then click Open. Or, to remove the image, click
. - When finished, use the sidebar navigation to go to a different area in Boulevard.

To make additional changes to your account, such as subscription status, payment method, billing address, or email address, sign in to your Boulevard Online Account Dashboard.
