Booking, Interview, & Recruited Options Added

Three options to track Booking (hosting a party/class), Interview (recruiting interview), and Recruited (signed agreement) have been added to the Contact Log entry form that enables you to track this information outside of an invoice, which will be displayed on the Sales Summary by Date report.
