Create an Entry in the Contact Log
The Contact Log tracks notes for each contact and allows them to be sorted chronologically to be viewed from the profile or view all within a date range from the Contact Log Report. When adding a Contact Log entry, Boulevard will use the same settings as the Invoice Follow-up date from Preferences. Entries can be made from the contact list or a contact profile.
- Select the checkbox next to one or more contacts. If multiple are selected, an identical entry will be added for each contact.
- From the contact list toolbar click

- The date and time will default to current. Enter either your initials or other information (such as CALL or TEXT).
- Enter a note in the Memo field.
- The Next Contact Date will default to your settings in Preferences but can be changed.
- Enter the minutes in the Time Spent field, then click

- From the profile toolbar click
