Import Contacts

Contact profiles can be imported from an Excel file using two available methods. During each import, existing contacts are excluded by default to prevent duplicates. If an existing contact is intentionally selected, their information is updated rather than recreated, provided the first and last name match. When the import is complete, a confirmation banner reports the number of new contacts added and existing records updated.

Step 1: Obtaining the Excel File

Begin by selecting Option A if you would like to export the file from myCustomers on the InTouch website, or B to download an Excel template file.
