Deleted contacts are stored in the Recycle Bin and may be restored or permanently removed. This provides a safe way to recover contacts that were deleted by mistake or to remove them completely when they are no longer needed. If it is unclear whether a contact was deleted, from the contact list toolbar, select the filter button and choose Clear Filter.

Delete a Contact from the Contact List
Select the checkbox
next to the contact's name. Then from the contact list toolbar, select the delete button
and choose Yes to confirm. This will move the contact(s) to the Recycle Bin. Follow the steps below to permanently delete or restore them.
Permanently Delete or Restore a Contact from the Recycle Bin
From the sidebar navigation, click 
Settings, then Recycle Bin.
Restore a Contact:
Select the checkbox next to the contact's name, then from the Recycle Bin toolbar select the restore button 
.
Permanently Delete:
Select the checkbox next to the contact's name. Then from the Recycle Bin toolbar, select the delete button and choose Yes to confirm.
Note: This function cannot be undone. Please use caution.
