A physical inventory count records the actual quantity of products on hand so inventory amounts in Boulevard can be entered or updated accurately. This ensures the on‑hand quantities in the system reflect what is physically available for inventory tracking and reporting purposes.
To access the product list, from the sidebar navigation, click
Products, then Product List.
- From the toolbar, select the filter button
then choose Filter. - From the Section drop-down, select All Retail Sections (excludes supplies and items not intended for resale).
- To reduce the number of pages printed and not include discontinued items, you can also uncheck Discontinued Items.
- From the toolbar, select the print button
. - In print preview, select the print button
or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF. - When finished, to clear any filters that may be set, select the filter button
then choose Clear Filter.
Once the physical count has been completed the next step is Entering Your Base Inventory.
