Set, Clear or Create an Inventory Order using Ideals

Ideal amounts can be set for each item (or alternatively, cleared) in the product list. After setting the Ideal Order function can be used when creating an inventory order to add items to the order that are below Ideal levels.

Set Ideal Amounts

1. From the sidebar navigation, clickProducts, then Product List.
2. From the product list toolbar, clickto expand the categories shown.
3. Add the quantity directly into the Ideal field for an item, then press (down arrow key) to save and move to the next Ideal field.

Create an Ideal Order

1. From the sidebar navigation, clickProducts, then Inventory Orders.
2. From the Inventory Orders toolbar, clickand select New Order.
3. From the toolbar, click and choose one of the options listed.
4. Click to search and add any additional items.
5. Amounts can be changed from the Qty field, or click to remove.
6. When finished, click to save and close the order.
7. To print the order, ensure the order is selected from the Inventory Orders page, then click .

Clear Multiple Ideal Amounts at One Time

1. From the sidebar navigation, clickProducts, then Product List.
2. From the Product List toolbar, click, then select Ideal Amounts from the drop-down options listed.
3. From the Clear Ideal pop-up, select either All (All Sections), Closeouts & Archived Product (All On Hand in the Closeout Items or Archived Product categories), or Supplies (All Section 2). then click .
4. Click YES to confirm.
