The Product List shows all products set up in Boulevard along with key details such as pricing, categories, and on‑hand quantities. From the Product List, you can view product information, make updates, and adjust inventory levels. It serves as the central place for managing products and keeping inventory information current.
From the sidebar navigation, click
Products, then Product List.

Search: Type a part number, partial description, etc., for a basic search of the products. Click the Advanced Search link to expand the column header fields and perform a more advanced search.

: Product categories are displayed and can be expanded (as well as clicking 3 or 4 from the toolbar image above)
- (16) Part Number: Contains the unique part number for the item. This field allows up to 8 characters and can be a number, letter, or a combination of both
- (17) Description: The description or item name can be up to 40 characters long
- (18) Retail: The retail price of the item
- (19) On Hand: The current on-hand quantity in inventory
- (20) Ideal: The quantity you would like to keep on hand
- (21) On Order: The quantity you have on order, which is designated by orders that are in the Placed status
- (22) Release Date: The date the item was originally released
- (23) Closeout Date: The date the item was discontinued

Tip: If you cannot find an item, select the filter button then choose Clear Filter to remove any filters set.
