Print Contact Labels

Print contact labels in a variety of supported formats from multiple areas in Boulevard.

Tip: Refine and filter by birthdays and other options to quickly select contacts for printing labels.

 From the sidebar navigation, selectContactssContacts, then Contact List.

  1. Click the checkbox next to each contact to include in the labels to be printed or click the checkbox column header to select all the names shown.
  2. From the toolbar, select the print buttonPrint and choose Mailing Labels from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the Mailing Label Options form, select the label layout from the options listed.
  4. If desired, select which name to use from the Use Name drop-down (Primary, Spouse, or Family name), then click OK.
  5. In print preview, select the print buttonPrint or on a mobile device, tap the export buttonExport to to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.

  1. From the toolbar drop-down menu, select the desired list.
  2. Click the checkbox next to each contact to include in the labels to be printed or click the checkbox column header to select all the names shown.
  3. From the toolbar, select the print buttonPrint then choose Mailing Labels from the drop-down menu.
  4. From the Mailing Label Options form, select the label layout from the options listed.
  5. If desired, select which name to use from the Use Name drop-down (Primary, Spouse, or Family name), then select OK.
  6. In print preview, select the print buttonPrint or on a mobile device, tap the export buttonExport to to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.

  1. Click the checkbox next to each contact to include in the labels to be printed or click the checkbox column header to select all the names shown.
  2. From the toolbar, select the print buttonPrint and choose Mailing Labels from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the Mailing Label Options form, select the label layout from the options listed.
  4. If desired, select which name to use from the Use Name drop-down (Primary, Spouse, or Family name), then select OK.
