Customize the Invoice Log

The Invoice Log can be customized by selecting which fields are displayed and applying filters for review and reporting.

The default fields displayed in the Invoice Log can be changed or reset at any time (Date, Number, Type, Name, Total, Discount Type, and Discount)

Add, Remove, or Change the Display Order of Fields

  1. From the toolbar, select the customization buttonColumn Chooserthen choose Column Chooser.
  2. From the Customization screen in the lower-right corner, click the checkbox next to the fields you want displayed (or clear the checkbox to hide them). When finished select the X to close.
  3. Hover over any of the displayed column headers Hover hand and click to drag them in the order you'd like them displayed.
  4. To return back to the default fields displayed, select the customization buttonColumn Chooser then choose Reset.

Note:  When printing, the column order is pre-defined and will not print in a custom order if rearranged.

Select the filter buttonFilterthen choose Filter from the following options: Invoice Type, Discount Type, Date Range, Name, Has Non-Recovered Tax, and Has Shipping. Alternatively, choose Clear Filter to remove any filters set.

Ensure that the column you want to filter on is displayed (as above). Below the toolbar, click Advanced Search to display individual column header fields to search and/or filter. To remove column header filters, click Reset.

From the toolbar, select the print buttonPrintthen choose Print. In print preview, select the print buttonPrint or on a mobile device, tap the export buttonExport to to export and download as another file type, such as PDF. (or XLSX as an Excel file).
