Sort or Filter Contacts

Contacts can be sorted and filtered within the Contact List to quickly organize and narrow results based on selected criteria.

Tip: Add or hide columns in the Contact List or List Builder for additional filtering or sorting options.

Sort

By default, the contact list is sorted in ascending order by last name. Selecting a column header sorts the list by that field, with an arrow indicator showing ascending ↑ or descending ↓ order.

Quick Filters

Quick filters can be accessed from the contact list toolbar by clicking the filter button, then selecting Filter. Options include Inactive Contact (set by default), Preferred Program, Uses Basic Skin Care, Favored Contact, Potential Consultant, Best Contact Time, Birthday, Account Status, Reward Points, Checklist, Tags, City, Email, Last Invoice, Info Last Changed, Next Contact, and Referred By. When finished applying filters, click the filter button again, then select Clear Filter. Click the X to close the Filter sidebar.
