The Split Set feature allows a product set to be separated into its individual items so they can be sold or tracked separately. The set must have an on‑hand quantity greater than zero. Splitting is done from the product profile and converts the set into individual part numbers.
Note: Wholesale values are calculated using the default discount in Inventory Settings but can be adjusted during the process.
From the sidebar navigation, click
Products, then Product List.
- Using the Search field, enter a partial description or part number to locate the item (if necessary, select the filter button
then choose Clear Filter to remove any filters set. Or select Filter to further refine when searching). - Double-click on the item to open the product profile.
- From the product profile toolbar, select the split set button
. - If necessary, select the edit button
to edit the Wholesale amount, then OK to split and close. - When finished, close the product profile.
