Delete a Contact Log Entry

Contact Log entries that are manually added and marked with the Note category can be deleted if added in error. Entries automatically generated from payments and invoices are included for tracking purposes and cannot be removed.

 From the sidebar navigation, click ContactsContacts, then Contact List. Select the checkbox to the left of the contact, then select the edit buttonEditto open the profile. Or from the Actions menu on the profile slideout, choose Edit Profile, then select theContact Log TabContact Log tab to open.

Select the delete button Deletenext to the entry to be deleted, then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
