Contact Log entries that are manually added and marked with the Note category can be deleted if added in error. Entries automatically generated from payments and invoices are included for tracking purposes and cannot be removed.
From the sidebar navigation, click
Contacts, then Contact List. Select the checkbox to the left of the contact, then select the edit button
to open the profile. Or from the Actions menu on the profile slideout, choose Edit Profile, then select the
Contact Log tab to open.
Select the delete button
next to the entry to be deleted, then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
