The Product List can be adjusted to show only the information you need, including which columns appear, how they are ordered, and which products are displayed. The list can also be filtered, searched, printed, or exported for easier review and reporting. Use the Inventory Listing by Category report to check what items are currently in stock and their associated value.
From the sidebar navigation, select
Products, then Product List.
The default fields displayed on the Product list can be changed or reset at any time (Part Number, Description, Retail, On Hand, Ideal, On Order, Release Date, and Closeout Date).

- From the toolbar, select the customization button
then choose Column Chooser. - From the Customization pop-up, click the checkbox next to the fields you want displayed (or clear the checkbox to hide them). When finished, close the Customization pop-up.
- Hover over any of the displayed column headers
and click to drag them in the order you'd like them displayed. - To return to the default fields displayed, select the customization button
then select Reset.
Note: When printing, the column order is pre-defined and will not print in a custom order if rearranged.
Filter
- Select the filter button
then choose Filter from the drop-down (or choose Clear Filters to remove any filters). - From the slideout, select to filter from the following: Category, Group, Tag, Section, Include Discontinued Items, Include Out of Stock, Below Ideal Level, and items with Ideal Levels that are Out of Stock.
Advanced Search/Filter
Ensure that the column you want to filter on is displayed. Next to the Search field, click Advanced Search to display individual column header fields to search and/or filter. To remove column header filters, click Reset.
Export or Print a Report
From the toolbar, select the print button
. In print preview, select the print button
or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF. (or XLSX as an Excel file).
