Locate a missing contact profile by clearing filters in the contact list, searching by name or details, and checking the Recycle Bin for inactive or deleted profiles that can be restored and made active again.
To locate a missing contact profile, try following the two options below. If you still cannot find them, please submit a support ticket with the missing contact information so we can assist you further.
Clear Filters on the Contact List
Begin by clearing any filters you have set by selecting the filter button
from the contact list toolbar and selecting Clear Filter. After clearing the filters, use the Search field to locate the contact profile. If found, ensure that the contact's profile is not set as Inactive.
Search the Recycle Bin
From the sidebar navigation, click 
Settings, then Recycle Bin.
- Use the Search field to locate the contact.
- If found, select the checkbox button
next to the contact's name. Then from the Recycle Bin toolbar click 
to restore it. - When finished, use Search in the Contact List to locate the profile (clear any filters set, if necessary, and ensure the contact's profile is not set as Inactive).
