Use the Contact Log tab on a contact profile to view a history of notes, communications, and time‑tracking entries. This tab shows dated log entries tied to the contact, making it easier to review past activity and reference prior interactions.
From the sidebar navigation, click
Contacts, then Contact List. Select the checkbox to the left of the contact, then select the edit button
to open the profile. Or from the Actions menu on the profile slideout, choose Edit Profile, then select the
Contact Log tab to open.

: Denotes a system-generated entry - (2) Memo: Note or information pertaining to the entry
- (3) Date: The date the task has been completed, and contact log entry added.
- (4) Initials: Initials of the person who created the entry or other custom label
- (5) Category: Types of entry include Note, Checklist, Invoice, Payment, Email, or Completed Action Item

: Select to Show System Entries that are automatically generated.
