Invoices can be accessed from several areas within Boulevard and printed directly on a desktop or laptop computer or saved as a PDF. When using an iPad, tablet, or other mobile device, the invoice is downloaded as a PDF and can then be printed.

When creating a new invoice, select Print from the drop-down option before selecting Save. In print preview, select the print button
or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.
Tip: Choose the option to Print or Email the invoice by default when saving from the Invoices tab in Preferences.
Contact Profile
Open the profile and select the Account & Invoices tab. Select the checkbox next to the invoice, then from the Invoice section header, select the print button
. In print preview, select the print button
or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.
Invoice Log
From the sidebar navigation, click
Business Tools, then Invoice Log. Locate and select the checkbox next to the invoice, then from the toolbar, select the print button
then choose Print. In print preview, select the print button
or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.
Tip: To locate the invoice to print, if necessary, from the toolbar select the filter button
then choose Filter from the drop-down options.
Printing from an iPad or other mobile device

From print preview, select the export button
then choose PDF. To access it, tap Download and select
from your top toolbar. After selecting the PDF file, tap
to print (see sample image below).
Alternatively, if you want to save paper while still generating invoices, you can set email invoices as the default in Preferences. This will ensure that you and your customer receive the email with the invoice attached.
