Print or PDF an Invoice

There are several different areas in Boulevard where you can print invoices by following the steps below. 

Option 1: From the Invoice

1. If you are creating a new invoice, select Print from the drop-down option before clicking  .
2. From the print preview form, click to print, or if using a mobile device, click to export and download as another file type such as PDF.

Tip: Choose the option to Print or Email the invoice by default when saving from the Invoices tab in Preferences.

Option 2: From the Contact Profile

1. Open the profile, and click on the Account & Invoices tab.
2. Select the checkbox next to the invoice, then from the Invoice section header, click .
3. From the print preview form, click to print, or if using a mobile device, click to export and download as another file type such as PDF.

Option 3: From the Invoice Log

1. From the sidebar navigation, click Business Tools, then Invoice Log.
2. Locate and select the checkbox next to the invoice, then from the toolbar, click , then select Print.
3. From the print preview form, click to print, or if using a mobile device, click to export and download as another file type such as PDF.

Tip: To locate the invoice to print, if necessary, from the toolbar click and select Filter from the drop-down options.
