The Notes tab lets you save general, non–date-specific information about a client directly on their profile, such as preferences or ongoing context you want to reference at a glance. You can also add Reminders, which appear automatically when the contact profile is opened.
For details related to a specific date, interaction, or event, Contact Log entries are recommended because they create a clear, chronological record and allow the Contact Log report to be generated for any specified date range.
From the sidebar navigation, click
Contacts, then Contact List.
Select the checkbox to the left of the contact, then select the edit button
to open the profile. Or from the Actions menu on the profile slideout, choose Edit Profile, then select the
Notes tab to open.
Sections:
Notes: Use this section to add general information that is not tied to a date.
Reminders: Use this section to display either a critical reminder, which must be acknowledged when opening the profile, or an alert that appears but allows you to continue with your current task without acknowledgment.

Reminders
The Reminder section offers two types of reminders: Alert and Critical. A non-critical alert reminder appears in the lower-right corner of the profile when it opens, allowing you to navigate and make changes. If the Critical, create pop-up option is selected when opening the profile, the reminder will appear in the center of the profile as a message box and must be acknowledged by clicking OK before continuing.
Add text to the Reminder section. To make it critical, select the Critical, create-pop-up option. When finished, select the save button
