Profile: Notes tab
Contact profiles have two fields to store information in a freeform method; Notes and Reminder sections.
Notes Tab
The Notes section allows you to store various notes unrelated to a date. It is generally recommended to use the Contact Log for most situations instead of using Notes as the Contact Log report can be pulled for any given date range.
- Double-click on the desired contact, or select the checkbox to the left of the contact, then click to open the profile.
- Select theNotes tab to open, then add text into the Notes section.
- When finished, clickto save and close.
The Reminder section allows for two types of reminders: non-critical (or alert) and critical. A non-critical reminder will be displayed in the lower-right area of the profile when opened and will still allow you to navigate and make changes to the profile. If the Critical, create pop-up option is selected when the profile is opened, the reminder will be displayed in the middle of the profile as a message box and must be acknowledged by clicking OK to continue.
