The Checklist tab on a contact profile displays predefined tasks that can be completed, tracked, and optionally used to award rewards points.
From the sidebar navigation, click
Contacts, then Contact List. Select the checkbox to the left of the contact, then select the edit button
to open the profile. Or from the Actions menu on the profile slideout, choose Edit Profile, then select the
Checklist tab to open.

: Select the checkbox next to the corresponding task upon completion. The task will remain selected, and row highlighted until the task has been unchecked (this allows the contact to complete the task more than once if you choose). - (2) Description: Description of the task
- (3) Date: The date the task has been completed. An entry will also be added to their Contact Log.
- (4) Rewards: If you are tracking rewards, as each task is completed, the contact will earn the specified number of points.
