Quickly access a contact’s purchase history and add previously purchased items to a new invoice. Product history can be viewed from the profile slideout on the contact list, within a contact profile, or while creating an invoice, making it easy to review past purchases and include them in current transactions.
Options:
Profile Slideout: Select a contact from the contact list to quickly view their information, including invoices and previously purchased products.
Contact Profile: View their product history as a report, or search for a product under the Products tab. You can also select items to add to a new invoice for reorder or as a return.
Invoice: Use the History tab to view and add previously purchased products when creating a new invoice.
Profile Slideout
Search for the contact, then select the contact profile. From the profile slideout, previously purchased items will be displayed under Products. Additional options can be selected from the Actions menu.
Contact Profile
Search for the contact, then select it, and from the Actions menu, select Edit Profile to open the contact profile.
View Products, Add to a New Invoice, or Print as a Report:
From the
Products tab, select the checkbox next to each item being reordered or returned. In the upper right corner of the Products section, select the add to new invoice button
(or for a return, select the return button
). To print their entire product history, select the print button
(or from the toolbar, select the print button
then choose Product History). From print preview, select the print button
to print, or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to download as another file type, such as PDF.
Invoice
Search for the contact, then select the contact profile. From the top of the profile slideout, under the Actions menu, select Create Invoice to generate a new invoice. Select the add item button
to open the product lookup, then select the History tab to view and add previously purchased items.
