The Products tab in a client profile displays a history of items the client has purchased, including sales, samples, gifts, and returns. Each entry shows product details, invoice date, type, quantity, and category. The list can be searched, sorted, printed, and used to quickly start a new invoice for reorders or returns based on previous purchases.
From the sidebar navigation, click
Contacts, then Contact List. Select the checkbox to the left of the contact, then select the edit button
to open the profile. Or from the Actions menu on the profile slideout, choose Edit Profile, then select the
Products tab to open.

: Used to select previously purchased items for reorder when selecting the add button
or return button

: Used to search previously purchased items - (3) Description: Items included from past purchases
- (4) Date: Date of the invoice
- (5) Type: Displays whether the item was added to an invoice as a Sale, Sample, Gift, or Return. Supplies (section 2 items) will automatically be set as Sample when added to an invoice.
- (6) Qty: The quantity invoiced
- (7) Category: The category where the item can be found in the product list

: Print the customer's product purchase history. -

: Select the checkbox from the previously purchased items listed, then select the add button to launch a new invoice with the items automatically added for reorder. -

: Select the checkbox from the previously purchased items listed, then select the return button to launch a new invoice with the items automatically added as a return, and new items can be exchanged or refund issued.
