The Summary of Expenses report shows expenses, income, and other tracked units (such as mileage) for a selected period. Results are grouped by category with totals provided for each. For an itemized view, use the Detailed Expense report.
Print Locations:
From Reports: Located under Reports, along with other reports recommended for tax purposes.
From Expenses: Located under Expenses, along with various other report formats.
Print from Reports
From the sidebar navigation, click
Reports.
- Under the Expenses section, select Summary of Expenses.
- From the Date Range screen, if necessary, change the Start and End dates (or choose from the quick pick list), then click OK.
- In print preview, select the print button
, or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.
Print from Expenses
From the sidebar navigation, click
Business Tools, then Expenses.
- From the toolbar, click the print button
and select Summary by Category. - To select a date range, from the Date Range drop-down, select one of the quick range options (or choose Custom to enter a Start and End Date, then click OK).
- In print preview, select the print button

to export and download as another file type, such as PDF.
