Sort or Filter Contacts
Contacts can be sorted and filtered using various functions described below. You can also customize to add or hide columns on the Contact List or List Builder for additional filtering or sorting options.
Sort
By default, the contact list is sorted ascending by the Last Name. To sort by different criteria, click the desired column header of the field. The column header will then display ↑ (ascending) or ↓ (descending) to indicate the sort order.
Quick Filters
Quick filters can be accessed from the contact list toolbar by clicking
, then select Filter. Options include Inactive Contact (set by default), Preferred Program, Uses Basic Skin Care, Favored Contact, Potential Consultant, Best Contact Time, Birthday, Account Status, Reward Points, Checklist, Tags, City, Email, Last Invoice, Info Last Changed, Next Contact, and Referred By. When finished applying filters, click again, then select Clear Filter. Click the X to close the Filter sidebar.
