The Contact List in Boulevard Online is where you view and manage all customer contacts in one place. It shows basic contact information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and account status. You can open individual contact profiles from the list and choose whether the Contact List or the Dashboard appears as your default view.

: Create a log entry for the selected contact. If multiple contacts are selected, the log entry will be added to each contact. -

: If one contact is selected, the payment screen will open to process a payment. If multiple contacts are selected, a message will appear requesting confirmation to clear the account balances for the selected contacts. -

: Create an email message for the selected contact. If multiple contacts are selected, email messages will be sent individually to each recipient to protect their privacy. You will also receive a copy of the email confirming it was sent successfully. -

: From the drop-down options, choose to add the selected contact(s) to a New List or Add to List (an existing list) in the List Builder. -

: Copies the following information to the clipboard of the selected contact(s): Name, Name and Address, Name, Address, and Phone, Phone, Notes. -

: Choose to print a report or mailing labels from the drop-down. Only the names of the selected contacts will be included. Leave all checkboxes unselected to include all contacts. -

: Choose to add or remove the columns displayed on the contact list from the Customization form shown in the lower-right corner by selecting Column Chooser from the drop-down. To display the default columns, choose Reset. -

: Choose to filter the contacts displayed by selecting Filter from the drop-down. Available filters include Inactive Contact (set to No by default), Preferred Program, Uses Basic Skin Care, Favored Contact, Potential Consultant, Best Contact Time, Birthday, Account Status, Reward Points, Checklist, Tags, City, Email, Last Invoice, Info Last Changed, Next Contact, and Referred By. To clear all filters set, select Clear Filter from the drop-down. -

: Import contacts from an Excel file. -

: Delete the selected contact(s). To restore or permanently delete contacts, see Delete or Restore from the Recycle Bin. -

: Choose to change one or more status to Inactive or Active from the drop-down menu. By default, only Active are displayed, but they can be temporarily viewed by changing the Inactive Contact filter to Yes or All. Or, from the toolbar, select the Filter button (11) and choose Clear Filter. -

: Displays the Upcoming Events sidebar, which is a snapshot of your Appointments, Action Items, Birthday/Anniversary, and Follow-ups.

: Select to launch the Boulevard online Support Center containing articles with step-by-step instructions and videos (can also be accessed from the orange Help widget at the bottom of the application or by entering http://boulevardonline.help in your browser's URL). -

: Menu and user profile image that allows you to log out or access your user profile. You can update your profile image, name, phone number, or password from the User Profile. For additional account changes, see Update Subscription or Billing Account Info. -

: Enter criteria to search all columns displayed. - (19) Advanced Search: Select the link to drop-down fields used to search individual columns. Click Reset to remove the filtered search criteria and hide the column header search fields.
Column Headers, Grid, & Footer Information

: If the checkbox in the column header is selected, all contacts will be selected. Alternatively, choose to select the checkbox next to specific contacts - (21) Last Name: The default column displaying the contact's last name, and sorted in ascending order

: Indicates whether the contact list is sorted by the column. Clicking the arrow will change the sort by ascending or descending order - (23) First Name: The default column displaying the first name of the contact
- (24) Next Contact: The default column shows when to follow up with the contact. The date can be entered manually in the contact's profile or automatically, based on invoices generated or through a contact log entry. The Next Contact field is located in the Dates section on the Main tab of the profile.
- (25) Preferred Contact: The default column displays the preferred method of contact, which can be set from the Contact Information section on the Main tab of the profile. Options include None, Home, Work, FAX, Other, Email, Mail, Mobile, or Text.
- (26) Phone:Home: The default column displays the phone number listed in the Home field under the Contact Information section of the Main tab on the profile.
- (27) Phone:Mobile: The default column displays the phone number listed in the Mobile field under the Contact Information section of the Main tab on the profile.
- (28) Account Balance: The default column will display if the contact has an account balance. (A) Green indicates a credit on the account; (B) Black indicates no account balance; (C) Red indicates the amount owed to you.
The profiles below are suggestions that can be created for the following purposes:
- (29) Business Supplies: This profile is recommended for retail items taken out of inventory for all situations: demos, charity, damaged, expired, lost, or gifts when the recipient is unknown.
- (30) House Account: This profile is recommended for Guest Checkout orders placed through your website or for one-time-only transactions.
- (31) Personal Use: This profile is recommended to track retail items taken out of inventory for personal use.
- (32): The contact list vertical scrollbar will expand when hovering over it.

: The number of contact checkboxes selected will be included in the Selected count displayed in the footer. - (34) Recycle Bin: The number of contacts in the Recycle Bin that have been deleted from the contact list but not permanently deleted from your account.
- (35) Total Contacts: The total number of contacts from your account, including those set as Inactive and those moved to the Recycle Bin.
Profile Slideout
With the profile slide-out, you can quickly view your customers' information, including their product and invoice history. From the ACTIONS drop-down, you can perform the following popular functions: Create Invoice, Post Payment, Manage Payment Method, and Edit Profile. You can also click their email address to launch an email or click their address to launch directions.
