The Contact List can be filtered by Checklist items to show contacts based on whether specific tasks have been completed or not. Filters can be set to include contacts with checked or unchecked checklist items, and optionally limited by date. The filtered results can then be used to send emails, create custom lists, add contact log entries, or print contact details.
A Checklist needs to be created before proceeding.
Tip: To add or remove any additional profile fields from the Contact List, see Customize the Contact List before proceeding with the steps below.
- From the contact list toolbar, select the filter button
then choose Filter. - Click inside the Checklist field and select a checklist item from the drop-down options given.
- Select either Checked (those that have the task selected in their profile) or Unchecked.
- If you chose Checked from the step above, enter a range within the two date fields; otherwise, select OK.
- The filtered contacts can be sent an email, added to a custom list, or printed as a report. To print, from the contact list toolbar, select the print button
then choose Print (or see Print Labels to print in a label format).
- In print preview, select the print button
or on a mobile device, tap the export button
to export and download as another file type, such as PDF. - When finished, to clear any filters that may be set, select the filter button
then choose Clear Filter.
